Condition Report

A cased set of four Edwardian silver open salts, of squat form having frilled rims and part gilt interiors plus four spoons having gilt bowls. Hallmarked William Aitken, Birmingham 1907. Diameter of each salt measures 2 2/8 inches (5.75 cm), gross weight 3.9 ozt (121.55 grams).

    Overall in good to fair condition displaying minor knocks to rims. Gilding in good condition. Hallmarks with rubbing to maker's marks although still legible. Case with general scuffs and scratches to exterior.
