A late Victorian 18ct gold diamond single-stone mourning ring. The old-cut diamond, with scrolling gallery and black enamel openwork shoulders. Personal inscription to inside of band reads 'Joseph Booth Ob.25th Aug 1883 Aged 66 years'. Diamond weight 1.86cts, estimated I-J colour, P1-2 clarity. Ring size P1/2. Weight 8.3gms.
