Condition Report

An Edwardian 9ct gold split pearl and turquoise buckle bracelet. The curb-link chain, with circular turquoise cabochon and split pearl stylised buckle hinged clasp. AF. Length 17.8cms. Weight 11.9gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition fair. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
  • One turquoise deficient.
  • Turquoise are a light blue through dark green.
  • Split pearls are worn, variously discoloured, the split pearls under where the clasp joins are more discoloured and worn.
  • Later safety chain.
  • Scuffs to the back of the clasp.
  • Stamped 9ct to clasp.
  • Chain with some small repairs and lines of discolouration where the links were joined, some slight soft solder.
  • Length of clasp component 3.1cms.
