Condition Report

Three pairs of diamond and gem-set earrings. To include a pair of ruby and diamond cluster earrings, a pair of 9ct gold garnet and diamond trefoil earrings, together with a pair of blue topaz openwork ear pendants. Estimated total diamond weight 0.15ct. One pair with hallmarks for Birmingham. Length 0.6 to 3.2cms. Total weight 7.6gms.

  • Overall condition good. Some surface scratches in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Diamonds well matched.
  • Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Rubies are a well matched deep medium slightly purplish red hue, typical inclusions.
  • Garnets are a well matched deep very slightly brownish red hue.
  • Topaz are a light medium blue hue.

  • Stones in good condition with minor abrasions.

  • Fixed post fittings for pierced ears.
  • Ruby cluster pair stamped 750.
