Condition Report

A pair of late Victorian split pearl and enamel earrings. Each designed as a split pearl and blue enamel star dome, with stylised knot surround, suspended from later fittings. Length 3.8cms.

Purchasing information

  • Overall condition fair. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.

  • Wear to the gilt finish.

  • Slight soft solder visible to reverse.

  • Enamel with noticeable chips and uneven repairs.

  • Diameter of principal section 2cms.


  • Weight 9.5gms.


  • Replacement modern hook fittings for pierced ears.
