A gem-set jardiniere brooch. Of openwork design, the woven basket, containing a profusion of gem-set flowers amongst rose-cut diamond foliage. AF. French assay marks. Length 4.6cms. Total weight 17.2gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.
- Small loops to reverse, may be worn as a pendant.
- Seed pearl deficient. Remaining seed pearls vary in colour.
- Seed pearls untested for natural origin.
- Some glue-like substance visible to some mounts.
- Diamonds fairly well matched.
- Individual cut, size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate assessment of total weight, colour and clarity.
- Diamonds appear moderately cloudy, some surface reaching inclusions.
- Gems presumed foil back. Gems fairly well matched.
- Gems include ruby, sapphire and green gems, some green gems believed to be emeralds, settings limit ability to test.
- Some gems with small chips.
