A Ceylon sapphire and diamond brooch. The circular star sapphire cabochon, weighing 26.97cts, with rose-cut diamond openwork surround. With report 5775-2711, dated 31st July 2015, from the GCS, stating Sri Lanka (Ceylon), no heat. Diameter 3cms. Weight 16.4gms. With fitted case.
