An early 20th century 9ct gold locket and chain. The circular locket, with acathus and other foliate engraving to the front, opening to two recesses, the chain of belcher-link design with four spherical beads along its length. Worn hallmark. Length 39cms. Weight 12.1gms.

Purchasing information-
The condition of this lot is fair, with surface scratches and marks in keeping with general wear. The location of where the hallmark was struck can be seen to the interior of the locket, but has been worn or polished away almost entirely to the outside surface. The clasp to the chain is in good order. Condition reports are provided as a guide only and we recommend you inspect each lot in order to satisfy yourself as to their condition.
