Condition Report

An early twentieth century silver mounted table cigarette box, of plain oblong form with a slightly domed hinged lid, opening to reveal a wood lined interior, hallmarked Birmingham 1926, maker's mark possibly Adolph Scott, width measures 6 3/8 inches (16.2 cm). Together with a 1940's silver mounted table cigarette box, of oblong engine-turned form with a central personally engraved cartouche, opening to reveal a wood lined interior, hallmarked John Rose, Birmingham 1945. Purchasing information
    In good condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Minor bumps to the 1920's example with remnants of a sticker to the interior. The 1940's example is engraved 'Pat & Len September 1966'. Hallmarks clear and legible.
