Condition Report

A late Victorian silver footed bowl, embossed with a continuous wide band of gadroon style decoration with foliate and scroll detail, having presentation and name engravings for the Linden Bowling Club, Ashton-on Mersey Challenge Cup. Hallmarked Josiah Williams & Co (George Maudsley Jackson), London 1891. Rim diameter measuring 8 7/8 inches (22.5 cm), weight 19.43 ozt (604.3 grams).
