Condition Report

A pair of late Victorian silver bud vases, each with weighted circular base and knopped slim stem rising to a flared and octagonal sided trumpet neck with ribbed rim. Hallmarked Horace Woodward & Co Ltd., London 1900. Maximum height measuring 8 3/8 inches (21.4 cm).

Purchasing information
    In good condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Registration number 351544, further marked 73754. Each vase is heavily weighted, the exposed bases with visible nut and bolt and three felt green sticker pads. Maker's mark partly rubbed and worn, other hallmarks fairly clear and legible.
