Condition Report

An 18ct gold enamel and gem-set pendant. Designed as a blue enamel foliate spray, with brilliant-cut diamond, circular moonstone cabochon and cultured pearl collet highlights. Estimated diamond weight 0.10ct. Hallmarks for Edinburgh, 2008. Length 6.7cms. Weight 24.7gms.

Purchasing information
  • Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear.
  • Diamond bright.

  • Individual size and setting of diamond prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment.

  • Diamond with few minor inclusions under 10x magnification.
  • Without the aid of laboratory equipment, it has not been possible to determine if this cultured pearl is from a fresh or saltwater source.
  • Cultured pearl is a creamy white colour, with rose and greenish overtones.
  • Moonstone with a strong bluish adularescence.
  • Cultured pearl and moonstone in good condition with minor abrasions.

  • Enamel generally in good condition with some pitting and light abrasions.
