Condition Report

A George V silver trumpet vase, the spread circular filled base rising to a faceted flared stem with frilled edge, hallmarked W & C Sissons, Sheffield 1919, height 8.25" (21cm). Together with a smaller modern silver trumpet vase of plain slightly flared form and reeded band, hallmarked John Rose, Birmingham 1968, height 6.5" (16.5cm). Gross weight 13.84 ozt (430.5 grams). (2).

    With scratches, marks, tarnishing and wear. Modern example with small indentations and knocks. Foot with a number of knocks and vase is unsteady. Rim bent to one area.
