Condition Report

BREMONT - a limited edition gentleman's '1918' chronograph wrist watch. Number 164 of 275. Stainless steel case with exhibition case back. Signed automatic calibre BE-16AE with quick date set. Silvered dial with Arabic numeral hour markers, subsidiary recorder dials to three and nine, AM/PM indicator to six, date aperture between four and five. Outer GMT track and telemeter scale. Fitted to a signed black alligator strap with stainless steel pin buckle. 43mm. Box and papers.

  • Movement is currently functioning. The chronograph counts one minute, but has not been tested further due to time constraints.
  • Movement appears to be in a generally good condition with little sign of previous intervention when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Dial appears to be in a generally good condition with no marks visible when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Hands appear to be in a generally good condition.
  • Glass appears free of significant scratches or marks when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Case appears to be in good condition with minor scratches and marks.
  • Crown screws down and has light scratches and marking.
  • Strap appears to be in good condition with minor marks and creasing.
  • Buckle shows noticeable marks and scratches.

    This lot comes with a box in almost unused condition and papers dated 16/03/2018. A spare strap and pair of cufflinks are also included.
