An Art Deco platinum sapphire and diamond dress ring. Sapphire calculated weight 2.31cts, based on estimated dimensions of 7.4 by 6.8 by 4.9mms. Estimated total diamond weight 0.35ct. Ring size K1/2. 3.9gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good. Moderate wear and marks in keeping with age. Head slightly misshapen.
- Personal engraving to inside of band, dated 1933.
- Sapphire slightly loose within setting.
- Sapphire is a deep, slightly violet blue hue, well saturated, with some typical inclusions. Sapphire with some light abrasions to facet edges.
- Diamonds appear fairly bright and lively. Estimated I-J colour, SI clarity.
- Set with rose-cut diamonds to the shoulders.
- Length of ring head 1.5cms.
