Condition Report

A pair of Edwardian silver mounted photograph frames, the rectangular aperture with similar shaped surround embellished in relief with a young maid carrying a bucket near a field of sheep and mounted on a replacement oak easel reverse. Hallmarked Charles S Green & Co Ltd., Birmingham 1907, Rd 448292?. Height measuring 8 3/8 inches (21.3 cm).

Purchasing information
    In refurbished condition. Displaying light general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing. Replacement pins. The silver surround of one frame goes to the edge of the replacement oak easel reverse, whereas the other has a border from the easel around the edge, therefore there is a slightly variance between the two. The lower half of the decoration on both frame has a planished surface which minor loss of definition in areas. The Rd number is slightly obscured on the last figure, possibly 448292?. Hallmarks clear and legible.
