Condition Report

ROLEX - a gentleman's Oyster Perpetual Date Submariner bracelet watch. Circa 1991. Stainless steel case with yellow metal calibrated bezel. Reference 16613, serial E921613. Signed automatic calibre 3135 with quick date set. Champagne dial with factory diamond set and sapphire hour markers, date aperture to three. Fitted to a signed bi-metal Oyster bracelet with Fliplock clasp. 39mm. Papers.

Purchasing information
  • Movement is currently functioning.
  • Movement has scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with general wear visible when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Dial appears to be in an average condition with some light marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Hands show marks and tarnishing when viewed under a x4 loupe.
  • Glass has some scratches and marks when viewed under a 4x loupe. Chipping to the edge of the glass visible between twelve and one.
  • Case shows light scratches and marks.
  • Crown screws down and is currently functioning correctly; the surface has noticeable scratches and dinting. Surface of the crown has some rubbing, particularly to the edge where some of the definition on the Coronet is being lost.
  • Bracelet has medium scratches and some signs of stretching to links. Wear is present to the edges of the gold middle links and to the inside edge of the stainless steel links, some material has eroded away.
  • Clasp is currently functioning and shows visible scratches and marks.
  • Bracelet measures approximately 17cm including case.

    This lot does not come with a box, but comes with papers to consist of a guarantee dated 13.07.92.
