Condition Report

An early 20th century mahogany mantel clock. Gilbert, retailed by 'The Northern Goldsmiths Co., Newcastle upon Tyne', the 5.5-inch silvered Roman dial inscribed as above, with lunette-engraved medallion to centre, the two-train movement striking on a coiled gong, the case with oval drum-head housing on spreading base, 19" wide x 11.5" high, (48cm x 29cm).
