Victorian silver mustard pot.

Condition Report

Victorian silver lidded mustard pot of oval form the body with part oblique fluting, engraved monogram, blue glass liner and raised above four ball feet. Hallmarked Horace Woodward & Co (Edgar Finley & Hugh Taylor) London 1885. Height including finial 3 1/4 inches (8.2 cm), gross silver weight 2.5 ozt (78 grams).

Purchasing information
    The mustard pot displays general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The base displays denting. The lid also displays some distortion, no longer sitting flush and out slightly out of position, the hinge also allowing sideways movement. The hallmarks noticeably rubbed, but just legible.
