Condition Report

Edwardian silver mounted and glass desk weight, the clear glass globular form with bubble decoration to the interior surrounding a cranberry glass inner well, the silver neck rim hallmarked Cornelius Desormeaux Saunders & James Francis Hollings Shepherd, Chester 1904. Height measures 3 3/4 inches (9.5 cm).

Purchasing information
    The glass displays general wear and light surface marks and scratches. There is a small patch of more noticeable marks/scratches towards the top of the weight near to the silver mount. There are a couple of noticeable dints to the silver rim and some minor edge nicks. Hallmarks and maker's marks are slightly rubbed but still legible.
