Condition Report

George II silver cream jug of baluster form, frilled rim and leaf capped scrolling handle, scratched initials to the underside. Hallmarked Philip Goddard London 1745. Height including handle measuring 4 7/8 inches (10 cm), weight 2.9 ozt (90 grams).

Purchasing information
    The cream jug displays general scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. There are some dents and pitting around the body. The feet have also been pressed inwards, impressions visible to the interior. Small initial engraving to the underside reads 'E.B'. The hallmarks are rubbed but clearly legible.
