George III Irish silver sauce boat.

Condition Report

George III Irish silver sauce boat with punch beaded rim, scrolling handle and raised above three flat chased and shell mounted hoof feet, scratched initials to the underside. Hallmarked Dublin probably 1793, maker's mark partly illegible. Height including handle 4 1/4 inches (11 cm), weight 6 ozt (189 grams).

Purchasing information
    The sauce boat appears in very good condition, displaying general scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The hallmarks lightly rubbed but clear and legible, the makers mark partly visible as either a M or W.
