Cased silver chrsitening bowl and spoon.

Condition Report

Early twentieth century cased silver associated christening bowl and spoon of plain form and with presentation and initial engravings. The bowl hallmarked William Base & Sons Birmingham 1924 and the spoon hallmarked Sutherland & Roden (George Guirren Rhoden) Sheffield 1919. Gross weight 8.87 ozt (275 grams).

Purchasing information
    The bowl and spoon overall appear in good condition, there are light general scratches, marks and tarnishing. The hallmarks are clear and legible. The case displays more noticeable and heavy general wear, the string which holds the spoon in place has torn, the inner case signed Wm. Pearsall Goldsmith & Jewellers Birmingham.
