Condition Report

A shell cameo brooch and a silver medallion, the oval shell cameo brooch depicting Athena, AF, and a late Victorian silver commemorative medallion brooch. Medallion with hallmarks for Birmingham, 1900. Lengths 5 and 3.7cms.

Purchasing information
    Overall condition fair. There are scratches to both in keeping with overall wear. The brooch fitting is missing to the back of the cameo brooch. There are several surface reaching cracks to the shell, the safety chain is heavily tarnished black and not original. There is overall tarnishing to the medallion, personal inscription to reverse reads 'Runcorn Contest Best Cornet solist Nov 1901'. The back pin is loose.
