An early 19th century gold sentimental ivory and paste brooch, the painted ivory depicting a pastoral scene, within a foil-back colourless paste surround. Length 4cms. Weight 9gms.

Purchasing information
    Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general wear. Small area of green staining to top of ivory panel. Minor nibbles to paste, in keeping with age. Replacement brooch in and clasp.
