Condition Report

A late 19th century 18ct gold hardstone swivel fob. The rotating bloodstone and cornelian panels, to the belcher-link surmount. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1889. Length 3.5cms. Weight 12.6gms.

Purchasing information
    Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general wear. Located file marks over hallmark and a second area of the surmount - make by pedestal rubbing against fob sides as fob swivels. Nicks and nibbles to surface of surmount and pedestal. Minor nicks to edges of hardstone panels.
