An early 20th century gold split pearl brooch. Of spiral design, the split pearl foliate detail, within a partially textured surround. Length 2.7cms. Weight 4.1gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and minor discolouration in keeping with general wear.
- Base metal replacement pin, and hinge fitting, with soft solder repair.
- Split pearls fairly well matched.
- Split pearls white, showing pink overtones, with good to fair lustre, and typical surface blemishes.
- Split pearls in good condition with minor abrasion.
- Stamped 585.
