A sapphire and diamond bar brooch. The alternating square-shape sapphire and old-cut diamond line, to the bi-colour mount. Estimated total diamond weight 0.60ct. Length 8.2cms. Weight 5.5gms.

Purchasing information- Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear and discolouration in keeping with general age and wear.
- Probable repair, alteration and possible replacement stones, parts believed to be early 20th century.
- Diamonds moderately well matched.
- Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Varying inclusions, some diamonds appearing dark.
- Sapphires medium dark blue hue, Varying saturation and tone, some appearing darker, with varying clarity and typical inclusions.
- Stones mostly in good condition with minor abrasions, one with small chip.
- Possible replacement clasp with 56 zolotnik mark, partially worn, illegible.
