Purchasing information
  • Overall condition fair to good.
  • Some surface wear in keeping with age/general wear.
  • Composite piece, the central panel dates from the early 20th century, with later added rose-cut diamond line sides. The central panel was possibly originally part of a bangle or other item of jewellery.
  • Replacement clasp and pin.

  • Some minor discolouration. Diamonds fairly bright and well matched. Some of the rose-cuts appear slightly dark.
  • Principal diamond estimated weight 0.40ct. Principal diamond has scattered dark coloured inclusions easily visible under magnification.
  • Due to the nature of the rose-cut it is not possible to calculate an accurate total rose-cut diamond weight. Individual size/settings prevents accurate colour/clarity assessment. Diamonds in fair to good condition with some abrasion and nicks.
