A 1920's silver hot water pot.

Condition Report

A 1920's silver hot water pot, of bulbous oblong form below a waisted neck and gadrooned rim, having applied scroll capped handle and the whole raised upon four bun feet. Hallmarked Walker & Hall, Sheffield 1923. Height measures 9 2/8 inches (23.5 cm), weight 23.79 ozt (739.8 grams).

Purchasing information
    Displaying large area of tarnishing/dirt to neck, with other signs of light tarnishing and surface marks and scratches throughout. The lid has slight distortion to rim and so does not close flush, but hinge is in working order. The pins to handle are loose and the finial is also loose. Further distortion to feet causing it to wobble slightly. Hallmarks clear and legible.
