Purchasing information
In fair to good condition, the lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The condiment jar spoon is missing, no partial hallmarks to the hinged cover, remnants of polish visible, heavier tarnishing around edges. The larger trophy has compression and significant creases to the foot from the body, also marked 'J.C. Vickery 145-147 Regent St W.I' beneath the foot. The smaller trophy is engraved 'Confectionary & Baking Craft Trophy For Excellence in Confectionary - Winner Hardings Ltd., Birmingham 1951' with some minor compression to the foot. No personal engravings on the napkin ring. The bud vase has a filled base which wobbles because the foot has become squashed on either side, with some compression visible to the base of the stem. The Chinese pin dish is marked Silver, alongside a character mark, it is heavily tarnished around the edges and to the reverse of the inset coin. The baby spoon is marked Sterling. Hallmarks rubbed in places but majority clear and legible.
