Purchasing information
The Art Nouveau buckle and the silver panels of the belt are all quite heavily tarnished and would benefit from a clean and polish. Otherwise they appear in fairly good overall condition, displaying some expected surface wear, marks and scratches commensurate with the age and use. Some slight loss of surface detail to areas of the raised decoration but still retaining much of the detail and definition. The velvet material of the belt is very worn, faded and threadbare and will need to be replaced. Hallmarks to the buckle are clear and legible, also with registration number 317583 impressed to both parts. Hallmarks to belt mostly clearly legible, and repeated to each panel. The cased shoe buckles display some rust to the metal.
