Condition Report

FRANC VILA - a limited edition gentleman's FV No.4 tourbillon chronograph wrist watch. PVD-treated stainless steel case with exhibition case back. Number 5/8. Signed manual wind movement. Skeletonised dial, subsidiary recorder dials to two and ten, power reserve indicator to nine, exposed tourbillon to six. Fitted to a signed rubber strap with PVD-treated deployant clasp. 51mm. Box and papers.

  • Movement is currently functioning. The chronograph counts one minute, but the hour counter has not been tested due to time constraints.
  • Movement appears to be in a generally good condition with little sign of previous intervention when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Hands appear to be in a generally good condition.
  • Glass appears free of significant scratches or marks when viewed under a 4x loupe.
  • Case shows scratches, marks and dints. Light scuff to the bezel at twelve o'clock.
  • Crown has scratches and marks. Pusher shows light scratches and marks.
  • Strap appears to be in good condition with some wear and creasing.
  • Buckle appears to be in good condition with minor marks and scratches when viewed under a 4x loupe.

    This lot comes with a box and unsigned, undated papers. Outer box shows wear and marks, inner box in good condition
